Lowes - Husqvana Z246 Zero Turn Mower

The Z246 mower purchased from Lowe’s is a real lemon. The mower was purchased as a new unit. After getting it home, it would not crank. Lowe’s picked the unit up, serviced it and returned it. Attempted to cut my lawn the following week; the mower would not crank- dead battery. Lowe’s replaced the battery. I installed the battery cut my lawn and stored the unit until the next cutting season in March. Again, mower would not crank. I was told to take it to Revel Ace in Byram MS. Unit was diagnosed with bad starter. The unit was repaired returned to me; however, shortly after the unit was delivered. I attempted to mow, it would crank but die each time I engaged the unit. The delivery guy loaded the mower and returned to Lowe’s. This happened in April 2018; it is July 2018- no mower. Additionally, the mower seats were ruined. It was ruined in the repair shop. They did not exercise care for the unit while it was under their care. They told me that if it wasn’t mechanical, it was on me. Bull crap!!!! I have complained to the State Attorney General’s Office, Lowe’s Corporate and I am poised to get an attorney on this one. A word to the wise- Do Not Patronize Lowe’s; this has been a nightmare for me. It will very likely become a nightmare for you.

Details
Took over twice as long as they said it wound. Project never finished on their part. Awful work. No communication. They want the money up front but don’t care much after they receive it. The experience was definitely a lesson learned.

I couldn't agree with the other review more. Working with Lowes and Heartland has been *** Lowes charged us for the work prior to it being done. The installer canceled several times. The manager came out and promised us a free ramp installation for our hassle, but he never gave the installer the material. When we called abouy the ramp, they scheduled a time to come and did not show. I also just found a nail sticking through the door. In addition, the rood on the shed leaks.

Lowes - Samsung Visa Rewards Card

On May 14,2018 I purchased 3 Samsung qualifying appliances for a total of $3,677. I submitted my rebate form on May 15,2018. I have not received the Visa Card and have been unable to track the information because I do not have a tracking #. The automated system on line says they have no record. I called the number and it says it was sent on May 23, however I think this is referring to the 11% rebate Lowes was offering, which I did receive. At the time of purchase I did get the rebate receipt showing the Samsung Rebate was valid and that is what I sent with the rebate form. What do I do next, the number on the rebate form does not give an option to speak with anyone.

I bought 2 Samsung appliances and even though LOWES posted Samsung rebate information, Samsung says because the items were purchased at Lowe's the rebate of $150 dollars does not apply!!! Lowes CLEARLY had it posted for at least 3 months in the store!!!

Xpo delivery service for lowes sucks

Details
Ordered a fridge and was suppose to be delivered today. Waited around all day for them. Xpo called and kept pushing the delivery back and finally a no show. I called xpo and they said they could not get ahold of the driver . Finally recieved a call at 7 pm and they rescheduled for tomarrow and would not give me a time . Recieved robo call from xpo and the time is 330 to 530 . Not acceptable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Lowes is loosing a customer

I bought Extended warranty and Didn’t put my ticket so I went back to change my two for another one and they said they didn’t have nothing on record and they didn’t give me my replacement Just because someone didn’t do their job and pay the consequences incompetent people. My advice to you is don’t buy an extended warranty At the end they going to tell you to call the manufacture to get a replacement ... don’t get extended warranty is waste of money

Are you saying they didn't charge you for an extended warranty (service plan)? If they didn't charge you fro it, you didn't buy it, did you?

If they told you to contact the manufacturer it would have been under the manufacturers warranty anyway. The extended plan doesn't start until after the manufacturers warranty ends.

Placed and paid for item online. Received email at 1:30pm that item was ready at store. Went to store that same evening and long story short after finally getting someone to help me, gave her my order number, name, verified credit card used etc etc. she disappeared for 30 minutes. Meanwhile while she had disappeared, I tried to just get a refund so I could leave but couldn’t get anyone else at the customer service desk to even acknowledge I was there. Finally the lady came back and told me my order wasn’t in and I realized she had been looking for the wrong order all that time, even after giving her all of my information. 50 minutes later I finally got my order and left. Unacceptable!! Unfortunately this isn’t the first time this has happened so I will no longer shop at lowes.

If you want service go to a local paint store or hardware store like Ace. Are you going to pay more?

Yes. They have to pay for the people that are there to give you the service you expect. All that is important to the shareholders of the national big box stores is the bottom line.

The quickest way to increase profits is to cut payroll and that is exactly what you are seeing when there is only one person working the paint desk on a weekend. It's your choice, wait in line for a low price at a big box store or pay up for the kind of service you want at a local shop.
