Why should anyone support your boycott? You can't even compose a complaint letting people know what you feel that they did that was wrong.

Tell your story. What happened? What solution did you propose?

What was their response? If you can't tell a story that makes sense people can only assume you are someone blowing off steam because they didn't get their way.

Lowes - Beware Deliver Misleading Schedule

My decision to purchase this machine from Lowe's in lieu of their competitors was Lowe's stated earlier delivery dates. There were two mistakes, there misleading and overly optimistic "online" delivery date and my own gullibility of believing the date. As it turns out the real delivery can occur a week or more later than implied. For this reason if you must have a machine and have a limited amount of time and frustration levels - physically pick up the machine or shop elsewhere. Most galling to me is the accepted culture and knowledge within Lowe's that this "on-line delivery date" differs significantly from reality. This tells me either there are intentionally misleading customers of hopelessly disorganized. In either case be aware that you could, like me waste considerable time waiting for a delivery that doesn't happen and then additional time trying to discover went wrong. In the end I cancelled the order, placed a new order and then rented a truck and picked up the machine. What a hassle!

What kind of machine are you talking about? If you are having something delivered why wouldn't you deal directly with the store that was going to deliver it?

That way you could check to see if they had it in stock or not? Deliveries are enough of a nightmare without getting a 3rd party (on-line order center) involved.

Lowes - They have our money and after lie after lie we still don't have the mower we ordered.

Placed a order with Lowes store in Salisbury NC, on 6-16- 2018 for a john Deere mower. Because they didn't have one in the store already put together I was told that John Deere would have to come out and put it together. We were told that we would receive it the following Thursday June the 21st 2018. On Wednesday the June 20th. 2018 I receive a call form the store saying that they would not be able to deliver our mower on Friday yes they said Friday because they didn't have a truck going out on Friday but would deliver on Saturday. On Friday got a call that said they would be here with our mower on Saturday between 9 am and 11 am. On Saturday at 8: 44 am Got a call that said she (Hazel) was the backend manger and that they could not bring our mower out due to it has not been put together yet. Hazel said the sales person failed to call John Deere for them to come out. I immediately called back to the store and spoke with Manger( John) after checking he of course apologized and said that yes John Deere had been called and they just had not been out to do the job. He said we will get the mower out to you next Tuesday, I was upset because they have our money and we sit hare with out a mower and have a huge yard that needs to be mowed. I took it upon myself to call John Deere to make sure they would go out next week to put it together the lady that schedules told me she is the only person that does the schedule for this job and that no one called last week for a mower to be put together at Salisbury store. But however they just called her right before I called. She said the earliest they could do it is Wednesday 27th 2018. After seeing the problem was with Lowes I called Lowes home office (Dale) He while I was on hold spoke with the manger at the Lowes store in Salisbury NC, He came back to me and said that yes someone at the store had dropped the ball on this and that the manger at the store told him I would receive my mower on Tuesday June 26th 2018 I said well that's a lie the people from John Deere won't be there till Wednesday 27th. So after all the time on the phone and all the lies told and grass still not cut who knows when I will get the mower. They already have the money . If only I knew this is the way they do business we would have went some where else. so just a fair WARNING if your buying a mower and what to get it at a reasonable time span don't buy from the store in Salisbury .

The John Deere mowers sold by Lowe's and Home depot are manufactured in the exact same plant by the exact same people that make the Yard Machines mowers. They are NOT manufactured by John Deere in a john Deere plant. They are crap in JD green and yellow paint, nothing more.

Get a refund and go to a John Deere dealer and buy a real mower. You will be glad you did in more ways than one.

Yes you will pay a little more but you will also buy a better mower. The 100 series mower they sell at home centers are a much lighter weight mower and have a lot fewer features than you will find on their 300 series mower that you would buy at a dealer.

I have been shopping at Lowe’s for 10 years I ordered a Picketfence six weeks ago it’s still in my yard .. never got installed I am not paying for it I’m going to get a lawyer they keep making excuses after excuses after excuses ..I will never shop there again so now I have the headache of getting my money back and dealing with the lawyer

Been trying to get new gate installed since March 13th. They have rigged it up ever time. First time they propped half of old gate up with rock. Came back after weeks say they would fix it as specified in contract. Nor they claim they can’t get caps for post and put it up to high that my dog can crawl under. I’m tired of fooling with these people. I want a refund so I can hire someone that knows what they’re doing to install it properly!

4/29/18 purchased a frog and matching dishwasher. Agreed and waited for 3 weeks to get both delivered. Frig came. Wrong one. They came back to change out. Never brought the dishwasher. It is now nearly two months. On 6/29/18 it will be.

The date was 4/29/18 They told us to get everything on the same date it would take a few weeks. They came no dish washer wrong frig. As of June 23 still no dishwasher. Horrible service. No follow up.

Lowes - Gate installation

Trying to get gate installed by Lowe’s installation fixed. Singed contracts March 13th. Gate looks like a 12 year old installed it and my little Yorker can crawl under it. Been out couple times and just cannot fix it as I agreed with when I signed contract. Really can’t find caps to go on poles? Installer tells me they are on a bigger job and need to get it done. Really? Who was first to sign contract. I know it’s a small job but I’m not satisfied for over 800.00. Bet if I hadn’t already paid they would have fixed it by now! I want a refund so I can hire a professional to fix it.

Lowes - Appliances look like the come out of a junkyard

This is the third appliance that I've gotten out of Lowe's that has been crumpled up or damaged piece some sort of way this is not the type of products or service I want to buy and take home and That's after I waited 45 minutes to even have somebody come and help me in this appliance I'll be at the store garbage all together I stopped shopping there all together it's like playin cards with my sisters kids or something nerve racking S.O.Bs.

What brand of appliances are you buying? Is the problem possibly with the manufacturer? Having sold appliances elsewhere we had a lot of Frigidaire appliances come in with wrinkled sides, especially their refrigerators.

Around Mother's Day 2016, My Sister And I went to Lowes, West Side of Dothan, Al to look at Kitchen Cabinets, Shane Cobb Approached me and ask if I would come see him after a couple of days, and he would return to work. I did and he stated that he was going to school for Home Advisor and be patient and I would have the kitchen of my dreams, I had told him I had in mind what I wanted as I had 3 previous kitchen remodeled with homes I purchased. In late Nov, he called me in and said I would have my kitchen by Thanksgiving, Then Christmas they would have completion In- out in 3 days.Middleof Jan, cabinets delivered . Had purchased appliances from USAA delivered the 28th of Dec. 4,500.00 Lowes Purchase 33,600 some dollars for cabinets, sink , backsplash tile floor and lighting, popcorn ceiling removed in living room and kitchen, promised it would look sleek. Later after ceiling was done called Shane Cobb over to look at it, he shook his head and said his young daughters could of done better.But did nothing about it, until 2018 After complaining about how bad it looked. In 2018 after 5 different agents , supervisors managers came over took pictures and wrote down what was not done right, ordered supplies they came over to try to amend what wasn't done right. Tabitha of Lowes Management said it wasn't there job to hang curtains that were taken down from Lowes, nor was the molding to match the cabinets be corrected as was put in the order. I has got less cabinets space then before, when ask for more cabinet space, cabinets put up with holes in drywall, mentioned to Shane, He shook his head.This was no way a Dream Kitchen, Now I know why this Home Advisor did not show me a vitual recording of what my kitchen would look like in the end results. But was always eager to call and ask if I would like some lemons, oranges dropped off from his fathers farm. I live alone and he would drop off baskets of fruit. I say this was his way of trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. Now after 2 yrs of having to put up with Lowes not doing RIGHT!!!! They Want me to have another Associate Tabitha Come Over And Try To Do Me Right,Pictures Will Soon Be At Lowes For Customers To See. This has caused me a lot of Health Issues and Stress that Lowes will take advantage of SENIOR CITIZENS!!!!! Before you Buy at Lowes Come See My Kitchen.

Lowes refused to exchange my new pressure washer

I purchased a pressure washer from Lowe's in Thibodaux I went in within my 30 days could the hose had busted I wanted to exchange the hose for another hose or exchange the whole pressure washer they would not do it without the receipt I had submitted the receipt to my CPA so I had to go back and get the receipt when I return I was over my 30 days bye 11 days they would not return the pressure washer they send it in for repair and they refused to repair the pressure washer saying that it was from Impact now they're saying it's from pulling the hose too hard when there's definitely a pressure problem it blew out right at the side of the valve at the pressure relief the housing made a loud pop when the trigger was engaged so therefore I have a $400 pressure washer 40 days old and can't do anything with it can't get any help from anyone at Lowe's when the girl that was doing my return could have easily look back at the receipt I gave her the date and time that I was in the store and she could have pulled the invoice using that information as she was typing with fingernails 3 in Long she made the comment who this is too much people need to just keep that receipt they ask you for your phone number for every transaction for what reason if it doesn't do you any good if you go to return all I wanted them to do is replace the pressure washer for one that work properly I didn't need a pressure washer that idles down and then idles back up when the trigger is pressed but that is all they had in stock no one wants to make it right so now I have to move on further for something so simple as a pressure washer customer service sucks I wish we still had Sears we never had any kind of issues like this when Sears was open I'll never make a large purchase at Lowe's again i will post pictures as soon as i recieve my pressure washer back. I purchased the extended warranty as they stated when the offered me to buy it " if anything ever goes wrong in the time period lowes will have it taken care of " FALSE ADVERTISMENT TO MAKE U BUY A EXTRA 80DOLLAR WARRANTY AND WILL NOT EVEN COVER A BLOWN HOSE AND PUMP.

Why is it their problem that you can't follow their policies? The will exchange it for the first 30 days, after that they get sent out for repair.

The only way to prove when you purchased a product is to provide a receipt and it isn't their fault you didn't bring a receipt in when you first came in. Quit putting the blame on someone else.
