Purchased $2K in materials to finish a project. Scheduled the delivery for Saturday afternoon, but that was cancelled on me by Lowe's they rescheduled for Monday then called by a few hours later to try to reschedule me for Wednesday, but I managed to stop that from happening and keep it on Monday.
Now today is Monday and my order which was supposed to happen from 9-1, I find out was not ready and not even put on the truck this morning according to the delivery company. One would think that they would call me to let me know what is going on, so I'm not waiting around all morning for a delivery that is not going to happen. Trying to call Lowe's on Panola Rd where I ordered it from, and I have been on the phone for 29 minutes as of this moment trying to reach a manager to make sure that it actually goes out on the afternoon truck.
Can't even get a manager to pick up a phone and talk to me. I hope someone at corporate can see this message and figure out why this store is so horribly run.

Nothing was resolved. Lowe’s sent me a contact but I was unable to connect.
They should have tried to get a hold of me in other ways. They didn’t even send me a phone number for response.
I guess they are afraid to talk to me in person. Pretty unprofessional.

I am not a "pissed consumer." Just looking for answers.
My local Lowe's has a pendant fixture on clearance but does not have item in stock. The local store will not sell the display.
I visit a different Lowe's to buy this item. This store does not have item on clearance. I chat with the associate asking why the item is not on clearance at this store but is at local store. This associate looks up the item at local store to see why.
Well, turns out the local store will not be carrying this item anymore but this store will, therefore item is not on sale/clearance. I ask why the local store will not sell me the one item on display and why is it marked as being on clearance if there are no items in store to purchase. The item has been discontinued from local store only. I then ask if displays can be sold.
I am told yes. So, I return to local Lowe's to buy this one item.
Again I am told cannot buy display. My question is; why is an item displayed as being in stock and on clearance/sale if there are none to be purchased nor displays to be sold?
Thank you for your time.
Preferred solution: I would like to buy the single bulb pendant light fixture that is marked as clearance at my local Lowe's store. I want to know why the store will not sell this item when it is clearly marked as clearance.

Bought a Midea dishwasher from Lowe's. Salesman convinced me to try a lesser know manufacturer (my original choice was Bosch) coupled with a Lowes insurance plan with it.
After only 9 times running the dishwasher, the inside door latch broke off. This latch controls not only lock and unlock door position but also controls the interior lighting and all wash cycles. When I called Lowes they informed me Lowes won't service until the manufacturer's 1 year warranty expires! OMG..
I wouldn't have bought the dishwasher without insurance and after 12 months it would automatically be covered under my home warranty insurance like all the others anyway! So my fears kicked in. The so-called repair company Lowes contract with is so pitiful and I've been fighting with them since 10/14. Look at the reviews I've attached...
looks like I will have a bunch more of terrible customer service. I want my insurance premium back- who buys insurance a year in advance especially since I'm moving in March next year.

Messed up order 2 extra trips with 2 kids very upset
Good morning,
I am writing you since the manager at the store wanted to be rude and not care about my husbands complaint. Yesterday i placed an order in the morning #72454****.
They wrote me that my order was ready within 15 min... After work we loaded our three kids up and drove 35 min to the amherst (closest) lowes. When we got there with screaming young kids we sat in order pickup and called for 15 min with no answer. We then loaded out kids out of the car, thank god we remembered masks, into the store just to wait in a line that their was no attendant at for 30 min.
We finally got our order and left to go home with the kids. Got all the kids ready for bed and went out to paint the deck (since our anniversary get together is THURSDAY) and LOWES NEVER TINTED OUR DECK PAINT. When it CLEAR AS DAY says it on my order the gray color. I made my husband take it back at 9 at night and the associates were EXTREMELY unpleasant with him and were completely rude.
we had to drive out of our way and move our life around for us not to be a priority. i spend way to much money at your store to be treated like garbage. *** the deck paint cost 180 alone. I am sick to my stomach and at this point most likely not coming back.
why should i being treated like crap after your mistake and our wasted time and gas to come up back to you guys. And now nothing will be done for my anniversary.
Also I bought a refrigerator for $1300 dollars delivered come a local merchant and Lowe’s started at $2100
Preferred solution: Teach your employees about customer service. I worked at Costco 27 years and it was always about customer service. I saved over a thousand dollars going to Aaron’s with great customer service

Hahahaha! A veteran with a wife no one would touch loser!
“She left the receipt at home”. You shoulda touched her
Your wife returning an item, if she had the receipt did not have to wait for you to pick up an order. Wasn’t your order already paid for?
If not , your wife needed to present the receipt and item to return.
It sounds like a scam! Returning an item and you picking up a purchase are not related!
Where was your receipt? If you truly were wronged, what did the police say after you called them? Why did your wife need to wait to return item?
