Lowes - Water bottle return
I bought a 5 gallon water jug at Lowe's they charge me almost $7 for the deposit and when I went to return the bottle to get my deposit back they told me they don't accept the bottles I can only exchange it for a full one. Why do you call it a deposit if you don't get your money back when you return it?
