I just purchased carpet from Lowes for two large rooms in our home. Facing a time crunch, I chose the style and brand specifically because Lowes stated it was in stock.

Since signing the contract, I have received 4 calls from Lowes each giving a different (and later) date as when the carpet will even arrive at the warehouse. Thus it is was NEVER in stock.

Before signing the contract Lowes insisted their installers work on weekends.

After having paid for the carpet in full, I learn that the installers DO NOT work on weekends!!! The whole project has just been a complete nightmare and the carpet hasn’t even been installed yet!!

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!
