I purchased a wall oven from Lowes over the phone- the model was not available in any store. Every single thing about the transaction was a mess- from purchase through installation.
The wrong installation kit was ordered, the installation cost was misrepresented at the point of sale, the installation scheduling was cumbersome and unsatisfactory. Even store and department managers are no help- not available, don't reply to email, don't follow up to fix problems.
No one at Lowes seems to care about customer satisfaction, and one can't even get them on the phone without devoting hours listening to the phone ring and ring and ring. I will never, ever, do business with Lowes again.
