Ive had a repair company out 5 times, countless hours of waiting, and Im still stuck with a semi functional washing machine. I never get a call back from a supervisor as they said they would.

This is not the way a so called reputable company should respond. I am thoroughly disappointed and have spent thousands here.

Product or Service Mentioned: Lowes Customer Care.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Lowes Cons: No call back.

Why are you complaining about the retail store rather than the appliance manufacturer or the service company you have had out to repair your machine? The retail store is only the middleman between you and the others.
