I purchased online a 20 oz bottle of Goof Off and a couple of other items. When I made the purchase the website said there were 5 in stock at "my" sore on Boardwalk in KCN.
They called me 30 minutes later to tell me my order was ready. When I got there, it was a 16 oz bottle. I went back to look for the 20 oz bottle but they only had 15 or so 16 oz. They certainly didn't sell 5 20 oz bottles in 30 min.
Manager was rude to me so I refunded all items. My next letter is Missouri Attorney General to file complaint.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lowes Cons: Bad customer service.
