lowes charges $250.00 foe installation that wasen't done they call it block pricing.My floor was over measured by 250 sq.ft. I returned most of extra material but lowes would not refund for non installation they said they charge block pricing how can that be.I pay for something I dont get so how much can they over charge.

Lowes ruined my driveway

Details
Lowes was told not to let delivery truck come down my driveway to deliver 1,000lbs of goods that should have been brought down on the forklift the truck was carrying. Ground was rain-soaked. Instead they drove a 30,000# 10-wheeler down the driveway and caused $18,000. damage. Destroyed my driveway and do not respond to correspondence.

Lowes in Bakersfield, California - Awful, will never buy from again.

Details
Samsung Flexwash, counterweight sheared off bolts during a spin cycle. Shattered inside machine. Lowes sent out a repair man who spoke NO english. Said that there was physical damage. Of course there was, the weight sheared off in a spin cycle, and flew around inside the machine at 100 MPH. But lowes decided that means WE physically damaged the machine. After sending out a second company who said that it was a machine defect. This is going on 3 months now, I have a $2000 washing machine I cannot use.

Why are you complaining about Lowes? They don't make shades.

Who makes the shade you are waiting for?

Your complaint should be with them. The only information Lowes can give you is what the manufacturer gives them and I am sure it is even more frustrating for them as they have to deal with both you as their customer and a supplier who is behind in shipping.

Why don't you apply for a part time job watering plants? With low unemployment and not enough people wanting to work these jobs there will be shortages.

These are the kinds of jobs people trying to immigrate to our country would be more than willing to do. Perhaps we need to find a way to bring more people willing to work into our country.

Not resolved. One Bali cellular shade remains on back order.

Had to make additional calls 8/9. Original order was 6/9. I am supposed to get a call back from Lowe's on Monday 8/11 with status of shade.

Do not order Bali products! Recommend that Lowe's stop offering Bali...

Blinds are the least of your problems. If your sliding door is 3/4" out of square it isn't sealing properly. You should look into having your patio door removed and properly installed.

most pleased with order of windows and doors. from Lowes in Long Beach Ca. The door were not completely accurate so we modified. There was a mistake in a reorder for tempered windows to match building code. Windows came correct so Lowes did what they could on delivery. We hope to receive a financial discount after the fact in retribution. Thanks from Mike Barry
