Lost over 300 in frozen and perishable food. Manager of Morgantown lowes couldn't care less. Kinda of a *** to us.

You leave out a lot of detail. Exactly how did you loose $300 in frozen food?

What was the reason for the delay? Was it because the manufacturer didn't deliver the refrigerator to them when it was due?

If you need an appliance urgently make sure it is in stock at the location you are purchasing it from and ready for delivery. If it isn't there is always a chance for a delay in delivery.
