My daughter and son-law brought a bottom-loading cold and hot water cooler for me and my husband in 2 17 2020 they did not tell them that it was 30 days to bring it back it does not work now they did not offer a warrant or anything else i brought back one week ago i did not have the receipt she gives to me and i brought back today, and they said they could not take it back now, or we call primo company so i did they do not take them back or do not even fix them like Lowes said they would, i am very not happy at all they could've told us last week, butt they did not, and I brought back again with the receipt, AND they told today all thing today they told again last so two time i brought it there IAM not happy at all I had to buy another one at Walmart and a two warrant on it but lows they did not offer it two them

User's recommendation: not at all and we buy a lot of stuff.

Lowes Pros: Products they sold.

Lowes Cons: Did not back up there products, Unfriendly to veterans and first responders.
