Through Service Masters, Merritt Thomas, we ordered carpet through your store No. 440, we dealt with Chad.

and Legacy Flooring.

We had an installation date of 3/5 - that was a no show, no cancellation.

We were told by Legacy they did not have the carpet. Through much research and phone calls by us to Lowes (Chad) Service Master (Merritt Thomas) and Legacy Flooring we finally found out that the incorrect amount of carpet had been ordered, Linear feet instead of square feet - was this mistake Lowes or Legacy? Chad told us Service Masters had only paid $50 (so carpet was not reordered) Service Masters tells us they have an account with Lowes. Finally, a week or so ago the caret was reordered.

A few das ago we received a phone call from Legacy Flooring with a new installation date of 4/13.

This is ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE to us. We have a wall bed scheduled to be installed on 4/1 (was originally scheduled for 3/22 but postponed due to the error by Lowes or Legacy. We also expect company for Easter.

I am willing to pay the installer a$100 cash bonus if we can get the carpet installed prior to 4/1.

We expect you to give this matter immediate attention.

This constant mix-ups and delays have caused me much stress. I am 96 years old a WII Vet and don't need to be treated with such incompetence and disrespect.
