It's a good company with good merchandise, but customer service is severely lacking. Phone calls are rarely answered, and only after LONG waits over 10 min.!
After three attempts to call with a question about an online order I had placed I ended up going to the store! Once there I found that the online order which had been confirmed as ready was not ready and part of it was not even in stock! Since there was no store manager on site I had to deal with an 'acting' manager. He was young, understanding and helpful - the only salvaging factor of the whole ordeal!
He replaced the out of stock item with a similar one and gave it to me at half price. That was nice, but all this could have been avoided if someone had answered the phone! Once at the store I couldn't find "Customer Service". After asking I was directed to Returns.
I asked about what had happened to the sign that used to be there and was told that they wanted to focus on returns. That made sense as there was no customer service - it disappeared with the sign...

I don't know how to get my account fixed
There is none. Their web page is not working.
I can't even find a customer service phone number. I'm a gold member and can't even see my benefits.
Undelivered item
- - Ordered porch railings from Lowe's.
- - Delivered to the wrong address by FedEx.

Missing parts

3 panels missing and directions poor I checked all the packing and it originally said it was in three boxes that came and two boxes instead of what I was originally stated in the directions very difficult to inventory of the items when the box came I submitted a claim before because it was only two boxes since I didnt get all the items Im stuck right now in the middle of a project trying to get a completed. Im paying someone to put the shut up and we double checked everything else in the box and the items are missing were not there.

Verified Reviewer |Can't get anybody to answer the phone at the Orem, Utah store to see if they possibly have interest free financing on a $1300 dishwasher.
They answer the phone, ask me to hold, and then hang up after I wait on hold for 10 minutes. This has happened three times.

LOWES PLAYS DIRTY
- - Purchased 2 Flex Impact Drivers at $49 each with other items.
- - Lowe's canceled the order as unavailable.
- - They offered to buy again at $79 per item.
PURCHASED 2 - FLEX IMPACT DRIVERS @ $49/EA ALONG WITH OTHER ITEMS.
LOWES SPONTANEOUSLY CANCELLED THE ORDER SAYING THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
THEN THE OFFER ME TO "BUY AGAIN" @ $79/EA.
SO THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR $30 MORE.
NO EXPLANATION
I HAD SOMETHING SIMILAR HAPPEN WITH AN EGO LAWNMOWER PURCHASE A FEW YEARS AGO.
BAD LOOK LOWES!!!

- - Dec 31, 2025 Lowe's order for Jan 31; 3 declined charges by Synchrony fraud checks; day: no fridge; $50 offered; requests contact info.
I placed an online order for appliances using my Lowe's credit card on December 31, 2025, to be delivered on January 31, 2026. My purchase was declined three times over the month period through the Lowe's Synchrony Bank fraud solutions system, and I had to call in repeatedly.
I was assured repeatedly that the charge was approved. On January 31, delivery day, I received an email stating that there was no refrigerator being delivered. I have to attempt to resolve everything through the online chatbot or AI phone system at the store level.
I was offered $50 to appease me for the hours spent on the phone and no replacement refrigerator for five days. I would like a phone number or email address to forward my complaint and suggestions to improve systems for customers.

Purchased a washer 2/23/2025. Delivered damaged and not accepted 1/10/2026.
Requested refund in the store 1/11/2026. Received partial refund for delivery fee, hoses and recycling of old washer. Balance of refund $687.53 to be received in 10 days. I purchased another washer on 1/11/2026; was delivered 1/12/2026.
On 1/27/2026 I called CS and was told my refund was never processed. Then I received an email and case ticket number and in 10 days I would receive the refund. I did receive the refund to my credit card for $6,873.53! Called CS again about wrong amount.
Still waiting for original refund $687.53.
I only want the original refund amount, not $6,186. This is ridiculous and I will never purchase another appliance from Lowes's in the future.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They took 24% off what I ordered.
MakeNoise, remember customer is always right. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
We ordered a refrigerator. The company that came to deliver the refrigerator said it wouldn't fit through the door, and according to the dimensions in the profile, the refrigerator would.
The people who were delivering the refrigerator did not speak English and took the refrigerator back.
They tried to re-deliver it today and brought the wrong refrigerator. I will never buy another Lowe's item again.

I ordered something from them; sent by FedEx; showed a picture as delivered. When I got in from my job, it was nowhere to be found.
FedEx left it in the open. It was taken. I told them and FedEx, receiving emails of supposed delivery dates and times. I checked, and there was no delivery.
I am contacting the BBB, my Attorney General, and anyone else who can hopefully get my money back. Never again.
I am paying my balance with them and then closing my account. I will be tearing FedEx a new one too.

They were not able to merge my old account that had all my bonus points and promos to an updated account so I lost out is what the customer service rep said !

- - Lowe's quartz countertops caused silica dust contamination at home.
- - Arbitration planned; CEO did not respond to contamination emails.
I bought Quartz countertops from Lowe's in Charlotte, NC store #1920. The dopey installers cut the material on my patio and left the doors open.
Silica dust contaminated my entire house. It took Lowe's 3 months to send out an adjuster. The adjuster was accompanied by a thug posing as an insurance investigator. The thug made accusations and tried to intimidate me.
(That's a class G felony).
I had to scr*w around with Lowe's lawyers for a year, then they passed the case off to the subcontractors who contaminated my house. It has been fifteen months since this all started. Now I have to go through arbitration with the countertop supplier in November and pray to God that he doesn't go bankrupt before then.
CEO Marvin Ellison was Named SHRM's Ethical Leader of the year, but that *** did not respond to one email that I sent him about the contamination.
This is how Lowe's stays out of the bad light: it demands arbitration then it passes the problem to the subcontractor who "has an indemnity obligation to Lowe's". Strange.
My contract is with Lowe's, and it says that I have to deal with Lowe's and only Lowe's. Then, when things get tough, their lawyers pull a fast one.
Lowe's is a slimy outfit. Its claims department is completely incompetent. Its CEO was named SHRM's Ethical Leader of the Year.
No one associated with claims or management has any ethics.Do not buy anything from this crummy outfit.
Avoid this outfit like the plague.
The suspended particle readings shows that the air is unbreathable. (That part of the house has been sealed for over a year).

Guess you didn't look at the screen shots. It was over half an hour trying to get a hold of someone, not 10 minutes.....
No, you made one call 9+ minutes, got impatient and hung up. You then started all over on a second call for 11+ minutes.
If you cannot wait more than 10 minutes on hold then move along to where you believe service is better. While you were on hold I guarantee someone shopping in-store waited 10+ minutes to have paint mixed, items rung up, return an item or have garden center merchandise loaded. (Among other things) It doesn’t make it right, it just makes it today’s reality.
