Delayed appliance delivery

I ordered a fridge in March and after I was told it was going to be delayed a fourth time until November.I threatened to finally cancel the order. Thats when somebody looked into why I hadnt gotten my fridge. I was told that between March and June (the time first promised to be delivered), the item number changed and nobody was aware of it, which meant my appliance was being ordered direct from the factory which isnt supposed to happen. After researching the right item number, my appliance along with 23 of the same were in a warehouse close by and would be delivered in 7-10 days. I finally received my fridge on Oct 16th. 7 1/2 months later.

User's recommendation: If it doesn’t come on the first expected day threaten to cancel.

Ordering fireplace

Trying to order a fireplace and I wasnt getting much help on the customer service side I really want to see if something was available I understand that things are back to order but I just wanted to know which ones were available

Customer Service

The Sunnyvale Lowe's store phone service is terrible. I've ordered several things from the store, and I call regarding a pick up they never pick up the phone in the customer service area. I called twice was on hold for four minutes, then the line went dead. The second time I was on hold for 14 minutes, the same thing happen music then the line went dead.

Poor service

II was in your store to buy a lawnmower waited 19 min for some one to help than I stop an associate she called for help I waited another 10 min no help than I went an ask for a manager he said he would help and then the person he sent over to help those 2 were arguing about who was going to assist me so I just walk out

Worthless backpack blower

I bought a backpack blower Cobalt model Cobalt brand and it's not what I need it's bad it doesn't work can I return it and they won't even answer their phone I waited for at least 30 minutes and I wasn't going to wait no longer screw them man I'm just go to the store the store don't even answer the phone messed up man that sucks

Pick up locker?

I cancelled an order for 2 breakers at Lowes in Decatur Illinois. Regardless they put in some kind of pickup locker even though I did not want they called and left a voicemail early this morning that they were removing them and restocking with NO charge. Now, later on, I checked my email and they said I had picked them up and my card will be charged accordingly. WTH? please cancel the charge and refund me. I never made the trip there nor do I want the breakers now. Thank You.
