Never again will I buy from Lowe's. I bought a stove that I purchased the warranty for. There was an issue with the stove that I had the repairman come out to "fix" six times. Six days I had to take off of work for this. The warranty is now up and the problem is continuing. When I called Lowe's warranty number I was told basically I'm out of luck. I believe if the problem started during the warranty period and the fact that either the stove is a lemon or the repairman are not competent they should make good on the warranty that I paid for. So much for the "protection" you get from purchasing these warranties. Best to not fall for the scam and when the appliance breaks after the manufacturer's warranty runs out just buy another. You will save money in the long run---and much aggravation, too.

Every time I deal with Lowes in Monroe Michigan, they get nothing right! It is the worse store for customer service. Today the sales associate tried to tell me they don't sell a certain brand. They did sell the brand, the associates need more training at Lowes inb Monroe Mi. I cannot speak for the other Lowes stores, but the Monroe Mi. location has sales issues, that is now my choice for my home improvement needs is Menards

Don't expect Menards to be any better. Both companies are trying to keep their expenses as low as possible and the easiest way to do that is to reduce payroll. It's hard to find experienced staff that really knows their product at either.

Ordered cabinets in Sept 2019 Kraft maid. Came in before Halloween, so much wrong had two cabinets sales people come out end of Oct. Reordered. Things started coming in incorrect. Three Lowes employees came out day before thanksgiving said they would reorder, its Jan 13th, was sent all the wrong things again. Plus three things coming in two weeks. Cant finish my bathroom because of delays n wrong orders..Preston Smith a manager told us today that basically we are lying. Been 4 months

Lowes Blowes. I purchased a $1200. washer/dryer combo. Qualifying for $75. rebate. Met all rebate conditions and sales person. I have submitted all the correct required info three times only to be told my receipt did not verify the purchase.

Why does that surprise you? As the appliances get older they are more apt to have problems than a newer appliance. If they did offer extensions the prices would get to a point where people wouldn't buy them anyway.

Had Lowes measure carpet for our home. Actual square feet was 520. For a carpet with no pattern, we were quoted for 668 square feet. (Free install promo)....Independent dealer measured 560 square feet for very similar carpet. Hmmmmmm....what do you think?!!!!!

Delivery very disappointing!! | Lowes review

I was told at the store and then again in a automated voice message they left me that the delivery drivers would call 30 minutes before arrival and they never called. Worse is that I paid to have the old appliance removed and they refused to take it. I called the 3rd party company that sets things up and he said yes of course they were to take it. He said he would tell them they had to come back. He also said he would call me back with a time that they would come and get it and I finally had to call him back again. Lowes needs a new company to handle their deliveries.

Been three weeks trying to get our refrigerator repaired by Lowes contracted service provider Factory Warranty Services from Elkins, WV. They refuse to come diagnose the problem and just keep ordering parts that takes 3-7 days to receive. When I call Lowes they are absolutely no help at all.
