Are you living in the past? Home Depot, Target, Walmart and others are all expanding self service registers. Give them a try, it's much quicker than waiting for a cashier.

If you had been a cardholder for 10 years you should know when your bill comes due each month. If your bill was misdirected in the mail and you didn't get it you should have contacted you credit provider concerning your payment. Not receiving the bill doesn't excuse you from making your monthly payment.

Order placed & paid for on 7/9/2019. 5 Bali Verticals cellular shade for ordered. Due August 6th, Checked on order Aug, 23rd. Lowes services said will get back to me in three business days. Three business days to determine status of order? Monday August 26th Lowes staff (supervisor ) reports to me the order was not placed on 79/2019 with no explanation. Lowes customer service. Asked if I wanted to have the order placed again. You are kidding me. Will go to store and get refund tomorrow. LOWES has no concern for customer. Laid new carpet over old pad,damaged furniture,walls and doors. Wrong cuts, short material 3 month ordeal. Service Pro is Lowe’s subcontractor. $1000 to repaint, furniture not repairable.After a month Lowe’s offered $500. My attorney will be in touch.

Why are you complaining about Lowes? They don't make shades.

Who makes the shade you are waiting for?

Your complaint should be with them. The only information Lowes can give you is what the manufacturer gives them and I am sure it is even more frustrating for them as they have to deal with both you as their customer and a supplier who is behind in shipping.

you have an issue with Samsung here and not Lowe's. They didn't manufacture the refrigerator so how are they responsible for the quality of it?

And the extended warranty is from a third party, so if you have a complaint about that you'll need to contact them. Lowe's really doesn't have anything to do with you issue and that is why they aren't doing anything to help you.

All they do is SELL the refrigerator. This is how they can be "cheaper" than the locally owned appliance stores that have been put out of business by people like you!
