SAMSUNG FlexDuo with dual door Oven. Is a piece of junk. The "Smart Divider" should allow you to operate two heat zones simultaneously cooking 2 dishes at different temps. This is bogus as there is only one temp. censor for both sections. This Censor is also defective. When set to preheat (example 375deg.) the temp. indicator beeper will go off indicating that the oven has reached its preset temp. Not so. When checked with two separate oven thermometers the oven is only 225deg and will require an additional 20 min. of preheat. The recovery time is dead slow. So just how much additional time for cooking should you allow? The control panel and censor were replaced without correcting the problem. The factory rep. stated that this defect was acceptable.

Why are you complaining about Lowes? Seems like your complaint should be on the Samsung complaint board as they manufactured the oven you don't like.

Lowe’s gave us a 25% refund

This is an update on my six month journey through *** with Lowe’s and Baker Roofing Company based out of Bonita Springs, Fl. Long story short. It took six months to get a new roof put on my house. The new roof was patched and repaired more than my 20 year old prior roof. I asked for a 25% refund from Lowe’s. Due to the fact that the roof was put on by a bunch of amateurs not professional roofers. I received the refund in a matter of days no questions asked. Guess they had a lot of complaints on Baker Roofing Company. I’m happy it’s over. I got my refund. Baker Roofing Company did the best they could to fix all the problems with the roof installation. Time will tell, how long it’s going to last.

Baker Roofing is a sorry *** company. Called about new roof leaking, wall and ceiling ruined.

No damn response yet.

Where to begin please dont lose interest because of such a horrendous experience from he'll! I will try to touch on the biggest mishaps.

No preinstallation review checklist or completion of certicate filled out, no labor or material warranties. Someone besides the sub-contractor signed his signature and other illegal contractual transaction. Roofed over graping holds, rotten decking, no ice & water shield, no state required drip edge, used existing flashing, etc. Etc.

Ended up with more leaks than i had before Lowe's install. Enclosing I now have mold because of install was 5-1-2018.

Bottom line if you want to make Lowe's accountable no matter what you have been told please contact me. Single no results only in numbers.

You can't expect the cashiers at any store to leave their register to either help you shop or load your purchase. They are there to check out customers and walking away from the register leaving the cash un-attended would be a security risk as well.

Keep in mind you are shopping in a big box store rather than a full service store. If you need help, look for someone on the sales floor to help you.

However, i think ppl who have aggressive dogs, fleas, who cannot hold their bladder, and the willing to *** should be courteous and keep their pet home. When i shop, i avoid as many ppl as possible unless someone shows a big interest in wanting to meet my dog. After reading so many bad reviews, I was very hesitant to use Lowes. But our experience replacing carpeting in 3BRs, family room, stairs, closets was great. Ordered Stainmaster Pet Protect Riverwalk from their Cary, NC location. Employee Adam was knowledgeable and made no errors. I was also concerned that the installation go well. Installers from Legacy Flooring in Raleigh, NC arrived on time. Three man crew moved designated furniture, ripped up old carpet and pad, installed new of both, vacuumed and hauled away old materials. Crew chief wore t-shirt "Rodriguez Flooring" so maybe Legacy subbed it to them. Crew was professional, polite and did a wonderful job - even asked where we wanted seams placed. Couldn't have gone better. It's beautiful! I think it really matters that the installers have lots of experience. Otherwise, it can be a nightmare.

We have been partners with Lowes for a decade now. I have nothing but great experience with them. I love how they go above and beyond to please customers. That's our quote too, maybe thats why we get along so good. I was able to provide better life for my family and to create job. I would not wish for nothing more. Lowe's Is a great partner! It has opened many doors for our plumbing business, we build a great customer and contractor bond, it was more than what I have expected. Just like on every other business partnership should work both ways, not only good for subcontractors. I would recomed any contractor about there to give Lowes a shoot, you will not regret it. Once again, worked for us

Was riding into the store parking lot today and there were about 6 manager type employees walking right down the middle of the road in the parking lot like no one else mattered. I was on my motorcycle on my side of the road and no body moved!. they just kept walkin!. There was a guy and a girl that got real close to my bike like they owned the place. I am a local customer and go there all the time. Couldn't wat for the store to open and now I don';t really care for many reasons. This happened today at 4:30pm. Must have had a meeting about that store. Anyway, somebody needs to pay attention

Most big retailers are this way unfortunately. Walmart is the worst.

I've had mornings when i couldn't get in the door because employees coming to work were walking so slow and blocking the entire door way. It has to do with the mindset of the majority of retail employees that they are entitled to a job and the paycheck that comes with it.

They don't give a {{redacted}}*** for the customers. Unfortunately this will continue as long as millions of people flock to them every day.

Yes, that’s the way it is. In order the keep the prices cheap, which we Americans love so much, they have to cut hire cheap labor.

Half of the employees lack social skills and common manners. Although, most of the customers are downright rude, disrespectful and sometimes vulgar.

Our “big buck” project began on January 4th. , 2018. Gutted kitchen. A month later the floor ( with radiant heat) was installed terribly. Cabinets installed before floor was grouted. Backsplash installed by same people who did floor ! A month later, Lowe’s sent someone to remove backsplash and install new Sheetrock. Different tile people redid the backsplash professionally. Complained to Lowe’s about uneven , shoddy floor . They sent a rep to inspect, said nothing could be done because of the radiant heat ! Lowe’s didn’t move on this at all until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Now they want to make things “right” ! Their idea of right is a refund of $500. It’s now October, 2018 and we’re still going back and forth. I think an attorney in the near future is called for.

This case is closed. Lowe’s agreed to a settlement.

Although it wasn’t what we had asked for, it was satisfactory. We learned a lesson the hard way, unfortunately.

Last Thurday Samsumg repair man came, all he did was complain about where the drain hose was to low. He than put the hose in one of my clothes hanger. After he left we noticed that the crack on the front of my washer now had another crack. I'm so upset, we brought this from lowes with insurance thinking the washer and dryer would be the last ones we would purchase. I'm 77 years old and now feel that I have a lemon for a washer and it looks like nothing is going to get fixed. We really like Lowes and don't feel it is their fault.
