If you're looking for higher end appliances or any for that matter look somewhere besides Lowe's they don't stand behind their products or warranties ... My stove has been in the house about two years and the self cleaner isn't working on the door ...
their answer was it's a defective door .. and that is where it was left without ever telling me ... the enamel on the tray on the bottom of the stove is pealing already and that's cosmetic.. Samsung is just as crappy about the situation .
Lowes sends some idiots out from A-1 appliance who closes out the service within 2 days without ever saying anything and I don't find out for almost a month when I follow up.... And no one has any notes on the request ....
Review about: Samsung Electronics Oven.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1800.
Preferred solution: replace the defective parts.
I liked: I liked them at the purchase.
I didn't like: I dislike their service completely.
