Same thing happened to me.

I had been in several times picking carpet, blinds pad....asking questions got measurements.

Then denied on spot have to wait on denial letter which I have not received.

I am not happy with their customer service knowledge of how credit works.

Asked about measurements not being close to what another company had given me.

I am concerned about time frame of installation...after paying for my carpet.

Did not like the way the front desk has no knowledge of financing and nobody there to answer questions.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Financing options.
