Back in December we had a customer service issue with a return at your Lima Ohio location. The following day I spoke to Linda Speck in your customer service department.
I fully explained the situation to her and followed up with the order number of the next order we had placed. That order was 85428**** and on 12/9/20 at approximately 5 pm eastern Linda sent an email telling us that she had sent something to our inbox indicating it was a discount or gift certificate or something. We never received anything. After many calls and emails to follow up.
We canceled the order. Since then we have spent thousands of dollars in our remodel at Home Depot and menards. Lowes is local to us but the customer service we experienced was terrible. No one had called emailed or followed up.
It seems that Lowes doesnt care about customers. Lets see if this email goes unanswered as well.
Please reach out and answer these problems and answer why your representative indicated some level of help with our problem and then just disappeared !! Lowes do you care about customer service ???
