We ordered a wine fridge and it came damaged. Another delivery was sent to picked up the damaged wine fridge.

They did come but did not come with a replacement. We were told for weeks we would get a refund. We never got it. I had to go to Lowe's in Union and speak to Kerry.

No one from the Union store ever contacted me. When you call there NO ONE picks up the phone when you press 0 for operator. The only one who helped was Kerry. He told me someone signed for a new one and that was not true as that paperwork was for the fridge that was DAMAGED!!

Again Lowe's fails. They said someone signed for it BUT that was my husband for the damaged one. In the end, Kerry refunded us the money in Cash. I will never shop at Lowe's again.

Kerry tried his best and was the only one at that location that wants to work hard. Kudos to Kerry.
