on July 29th 2019. we purchase a dishwasher.
it is now August 23rd and we still do not have the dishwasher. Several and by several I mean at least 10 phone calls to the store in regards to the delivery of the dishwasher has resulted in promises to call me back with a resolution to delivery issues. I have stayed home from work on two separate occasions to accept delivery of the dishwasher which never came. The store Representatives say that delivery was attempted yesterday Thursday but they were unable to deliver, no *** delivery was not expected so nobody was home.
No phone calls, no messages, it seems as though the delivery company tells Lowe's when they will deliver item, they do not care if the customer is expecting the delivery or not. The store managers are full of excuses.
