-received a call from Lowes 480-373-**** on 8 october 2020 at 1:33: delivery is scheduled for 9 october 3-6 PM / bathtub
-I called Lowes 11:30 AM 9 october to check status: the lady actually told me that the MANUFACTURER delivers the bathtub; that would be Kohler [so that means Lowes is doing the scheduling for Kohler?] / I called Kohler; they said that was nonsense [Lowes, could you educate your staff?]
-waited from 1-7PM for delivery/yes i was home AND i have Ring doorbell video-so video proof??-yes i have proof that NO Lowes delivery person came to my home / called Lowes at 7PM; the rep said the yes I'm scheduled last and may be as late as 9PM because they cannot find the truck-he gave me confirmation that the delivery had not yet been made
-called Lowes this morning; in order to cover up the mess they told me delivery was attempted and no one was home. Lying to cover themselves. I had confirmation from Lowes rep on 9 october and 10 october that a 3rd party was making deliveries and they could not find the truck. OF COURSE the 3rd party delivery is going to say the customer was not home
-i am still waiting for the bathtub
User's recommendation: i am having renovation done and will advise all neighbors to avoid Lowes.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lowes Cons: Incompetence then covering mistakes by lying about customer.
