I ordered a shower trench drain on-line, for delivery to the Blaine, MN store. I checked my order on line and the Lowe's page said "READY FOR PICK UP" .

I went to the store, 16 miles round trip, only to find that the product had not been received. A Lowe's employee called the shipper and got the UPS tracking number, checked it, and found that the item was still in transit. Why can Lowe's provide tracking numbers on line, like Amazon does?

It would have saved me a lot of time, and gas. I emailed Lowe's about this but did not receive a response.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
