bought a stove at Lowe's in Livingston, Tx. Was suppose to be delivered 5 to 7 days.
Salesperson called me said truck broke down from warehouse, re-schedule or Wednesday the 6th. Waited till about 11.30am, called store. Person said that I was scheduled for Thursday, but I had a drs. appointment so it was re-scheduled for Friday.
They called Thursday night, said they would be here from 10am- 12pm. It is now 12:30pm, no delivery, no call to say we've been held-up or anything.
Now I am on hold to the delivery service now for about minutes. Do you think my time is any more valuable than yours.
