We currently have a project under rehab. We ordered materials needed ahead of time to be delivered to job site.

Original day of delivery was 1/24. Around 2pm, I called the store and ask about our delivery time just to find out It wasn’t on schedule to be delivered and claimed the soonest they can deliver was Friday, 1/26. Friday came, they only delivered half of our materials (wasn’t told about it). Saturday, 1/27 we went to customer service and ask them what happened to other half of our order.

we were told the delivery coordinator was gone for the day and given advice call instead.

Monday, 1/29, today I called them, delivery date wasn’t set yet and the soonest they can deliver now is Thursday. 1 week delay on our project in which we have to pay Hard money loan for $126 a day.
