ON APRIL 3,2021, I MADE A ONLINE PURCHASE IN THE AMOUNT OF $177.65, TO BE PICK UP VIA CURBSIDE.

WENT TO STORE AT 5:15 P.M. PER EMAIL THAT MY ORDER WAS FULFILLED.

NOTIFIED BY EAST SPRINGFIELD STORE THAT I WAS HERE TO PICK UP MY ORDER.

WAITED IN PARKING LOT, FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP FOR OVER 45 MINUTES.

WENT INTO STORE, ORDER WAS NEVER PICK. I WAS INSTRUCTED LIKE A CHILD BY CASHIER TO PLEASE BE PATIENT.

I TOLD THE CASHIER AND SHOW HER ALL THE EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS THAT MY ORDER WAS READY AND EVEN TO THE EFFECT THAT YOUR OWN WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION SHOW THAT THE STORE WAS CLOSE.

I (CASHIER) CANNOT EXPLAIN THAT, MAYBE IT IS YOU, EXCUSE ME. I AM NOT STUPID. WHERE IS MY MERCHANDISE.

BEAR WITH US, JUST WAIT A LITTLE LONGER, (REALLY).

THREE HOURS IN THE PARKING LOT, IN AND OUT OF THE STORE. (FYI, I SEPARATE MY SHOULDER AND UNABLE TO LIFT THE LUMBER DUE TO AN INJURY.) THIS IS WHY I CHOSE CURBSIDE!!!!!!!!

EXCUSE ME, AS AN EDUCATED IDIOT, ACCORDING TO YOUR INVENTORY, AND ONLINE INVENTORY, YOU HAVE THE ITEMS IN STOCK. I ACTUALLY WALK THE STORE; IN TWO MINUTES I FIND EVERYTHING.

MY CARPENTER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY!

LOWES CLAIM WILL NOT CHARGE FOR DELIVERY, BULL! MY BANKING ACCOUNT SHOWS LOWES CHARGE ME $177.65 PLUS $65.00 YOU ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE! WHAT IS WRONG WITH LOWES, YOU ARE A 90 BILLION DOLLAR BUSINESS, THAT IS NOT ENOUGH MONEY, SO YOU STILL WANT MORE!

NO MATERIALS, I HAVE TO WAIT, WHEN ORIGINAL I JUST WANTED CURBSIDE PICKUP ON SATURDAY, NOT MONDAY OR FRIDAY! YOU ARE HOLDING MY HARD EARN MONEY HOSTAGE, TREATED ME LIKE CRAP!

BY THE WAY I FAX OVER EVERYTHING TO PROVE THE TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, SCREEN SHOTS, DELIVERY FEES THE ENTIRE NINE YARDS! SELFIES OF MERCHANDISE. I LOST MY CARPENTER! *** THATS MONEY!

User's recommendation: Don't waste you time with curbside, don't waste your time even trying to call their 800 number on hold for freaking hours no days!

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Let's see, I lost my carpenter! That's money I cannot get back. What do I get, Nick Porter, nah nah man. We aren't responsible for that! Well nah nah man I am a woman *** You do not speak to me that way! You are absolutely responsible! .

Lowes Cons: Lack of responsiveness, Lack of management.
