Unbelievably bad customer service - Lowes don't care at all once they have sold the appliance. They took their time to send a technician when the machine broke down, did not call us back to let us know the outcome, we had to keep calling.

Then, after several phone calls, were told they would replace the dishwasher but it wold take over seven days to mail the rebate check. The delivery and installation would cost us extra. So, their rotten, useless Frigidaire dishwasher sold to us, ended up costing us more and inconveniencing us - and they just don't care!

Do not purchase ANY items from Lowes! Best advice given to all ...
