Purchased a GE dishwasher mid Oct 2017. It was suppose to be delivered right before Halloween.
Lowe's messed up the delivery so it didn't come until close to Thanksgiving. It work for about 2 weeks or so then it stopped. Repair company came out said no one was here, 11 people were home at the time. Scheduled another time for Jan 2 2018.
They came replaced a valve and claimed it was working. Tried it on the 4th it wasnt working. Repairman came again said we needed to order a motor. So when motor came in a different repairman came and said it wasn't the motor it was the water line.
We replaced it and that wasn't the problem. So again repair man came Jan 24th replaced the motor. I as able to run 3 loads the next day, but on the 26th it wasn't working again same problem. Lowe's said all they could do is put in a "request" to GE to have a return request.
Today Jan 29th received an email stating the dishwasher didn't qualify for a return. So tired of this run around. Talked to Lowe's today scheduled the repairman to come out for the 5th time for the same problem.
We do alot of business with Lowe's through our own appliance purchases and purchases for our electrical company. We will be taking all our business else where if things don't get rectified.
