MY DISHWASHER WAS BROKEN SO I CALLED AND SCHEDULED SERVICE, THEY PROVIDED A COMPANY CALL LAMBS APPLIANCE REPAIR IT TOOK THEM A MONTH TO FIX MY DISHWASHER, KEPT SENDING DIFFERENT TECHS OUT AND ALL THEY WOULD DO IS ORDER PARTS. WELL IT WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS AND BROKE AGAIN....THE APPLIANCE REPAIR SERVICE TOLD ME TO CALL LOWES AND ASK FOR A NEW DISHWASHER..WHEN I CALLED LOWES THEY SAID SORRY YOUR WARRANTY EXPIRED MAY 23RD...I WAS STILL GETTING THE FIRST REPAIRS DONE...I WAS GONE BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND HAD A MISCARRIAGE SO I WAS WITH THEM....LOWES SAID WELL TO BAD THE SERVICE AGREEMENT HAS EXPIRED!

NEVER WAS FIXED RIGHT! OH AND I CALLED LOWES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CRAPPY REPAIRS SERVICE AND THE SUPERVISOR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME STILL HAS NOT.

I HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF APPLIANCES AT LOWES, WHICH ISNT GONNA HAPPEN AGAIN, AND I WILL BE GOING BACK TO SEARS! THEY STAND BY THEIR STUFF.
