we ordered an entry bench online at lowes.com and never received it! We called lowes customer service and they told us that we should dispute the credit card charge and buy another one!!
what kind of answer is that? i need the item at my door dont want to dispute charges!
they refused to send me the item that i purchased they told us to call UPS but was not helpful ups said that lows restricted them of doing investigation. to make long story short going back and forth to ups and lowes, Lowes refuses to back there products that never arrived!
