Called Lowes on Saturday at noon due to hot water heater going out and flooding the downstairs. Picked out new heater and they said they would install Monday or Tuesday, but would call on Monday.

Monday comes, no word. Called to find out, got transferred from department to department, no one was picking up-kept going back to customer service. Noone knows what is going on and everyone seems to have an attitude. Finally got ahold of someone in plumbing, they had no clue what was going on but said they would find out and call back.

No call. Come Tuesday at noon, still no call. We called them, they asked "when do you want it installed?" We said now. They go to call installer and call back saying he is booked all week, they can maybe get him out Thursday.

We cancelled the order. 2 words: Home Depot.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: make others aware of how bad installation service is.
