Went through Lowe's and purchased a 10x12 shed, with no date given on build and install. Never got a call from either Lowe's or The install company, called Lowes after 10 days of purchase and was given the install dept.

told Heartland would f/u with us. No f/u happened, called Lowe's 2 days later to the install dept again. Then recieved a call from an "install company" in Denver telling us that our install wasn't going to happen for another 4 weeks......that would be over 6 weeks from purchase. We were also told Lowe's doesn't do the scheduling, there is a HUGE lack of communication from store to builders and installers.

We are now behind by 2 weeks and soon to be more because we want our money back! Don't buy a shed from Heartland or through Lowe's.

Why did you even purchase the shed without asking how far out they were scheduling construction? Seems like this would be a question you would ask in the decision making process.
