Brand new Kitchen Aid fridge acts weird. Called Lowe's to explain problem and was given a number to report trouble.

They dispatch an appliance repair shop that shows up over 48 hours later. By then the system righted itself but there was still water in the defrosting tray. Nothing to do as it seems to be working correctly. I received a bill because nothing was wrong when they came out.

Lowe's say it's my problem; Whirlpool says I should have called them and not Lowe's. I'm screwed!!!

Somehow I was supposed to know that when my freezer was 54 degrees and there was water all over the floor it was going to reboot itself and all was gonna be wonderful. I bought an entirely new kitchen with extended protection that I cannot trust.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
