It’s mid-August, my fence installation job started in June. After 4 days of work and installing a gate that doesn’t even open (among other issues), it’s been 2 months since someone has been back to fix and finish the installation.

I’ve called numerous times, asked for managers, visited my local store..

not one time has a single person, a manager, coordinator or my salesman, returned my call or gave just a courtesy call to provide a status update and act like they care. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of dealing with Lowe’s.

I am having a similar experience here in Virginia over fencing materials and installation!!! Very frustrating... I will NEVER step foot in another #Lowes store!!!


I will fix it all for $5.00 and send the invoice to Lowes


This is because the contractor they hired to do your job found out he was going to make 40% of what he would doing his own jobs and quit on them. Happens every day.
