aug 9th washer died , its only 18months old,cald lowes service # for my ext service warranty, they emailed me would be here on the 15 th, never showed I called the co. said they were not scheduled till the 24 th.

I complained they got somebody here on the 17 th. he ordered part to fix . its been a week and no part washer still broken I have bought a washer ,dryer refrigerator,dishwasher,lawn tractor,freezer ,and feel that I deserve better treatment than I have recieved.

Ifeel that I should have had my problem fixed in a timely manner, and its not. I will never shop at lowes ever again .

Monetary Loss: $900.
