Spent 400$ on a fan online, estimated day of delivery was 5 days later. Gave me no option to accelerate the date. Come to find out it wont even be delivered by the date they estimated.

What was falsely advertised? It doesn't seem you are even posting a valid complaint.

You clearly say they gave you an "estimated" date for delivery. They didn't give you a guaranteed or promised date.
