Placed an order for truck delivery for materials to DIY a patio (since I wasn't about to load ~3,000 lbs into my suv by myself)
Received a phone call confirming Monday morning delivery, then received the confirmation text message as well. Monday morning, I received the email confirmation that my shipment was out for delivery.
When it didn't show up by the end of the delivery window I called to ask where it was.
Now they're saying it'll be delivered Tuesday.
Absolutely no respect for their customers time. If you commit to a delivery date, get it delivered!
