New ReviewerI fought with Lowe’s for over several months on this. At that point, I only had a few holes.
They sent a Lowes team out and offered to fix it. I told them I wanted my money back for the tile and the installation cost. They refused and I started to work with “3 on my Side” a local television consumer group. They eventually gave up and I was stuck.
They said that Lowes had made an offer and that was adequate. That being said, two years later, I have holes all over my tile. I have a large house and tiled 1,200 square feet. I’d love to know if anyone else bought this lousy tile and if they’re having the same issue.
I don’t need to ask; I’m sure they are. The tile is a light tan.
I I bought it during the summer of 2017 at the Tempe Lowes on Baseline. It would make for a great Class-Action lawsuit
