Very poor verification of proper fence material and install. The "Project Installation Team Member" was very hard to contact; might as well have been the Lowes switchboard.

As a result, the fence installers didn't know what was to be installed, and it was very hard to verify with the install specialist. No Lowes person associate with the purchase was available when the material question was raised when the installers were onsite. As a result, the installers left without installing the material at all. Very poor customer service and ability to contact Lowes when a question arose.

Never again!

Lowes uses subcontractors and there appears no link between the material delivered onsite the what the installers expect.

Questions are called to the Lowes "Installer Specialist" but that's just a voice mail circles. Very poor customer service and no Lowes contact person to verify real time questions.

i wish i looked at reviews before i contracted with them to do my fence. very poor customer service.

3 times the sub-contractor said they were coming and they didnt. seems like once they got my money the "specialist" was impossible to get in touch with.

materials got delivered...partially. they finally showed up today to mark the area, lets see if they show up at 7am tomorrow like they said

I just got my fence done from the Lowe’s, but the installer you called him 100times, and you will only received about couple phone call from him, and left a lot of dirt in your property!! (A lot lot of dirt) and you have to do it yourself or hired someone to do that! very very poor customer service !
