Not resolved

I ordered a dishwasher,which was not in stock.the day before the install I had to call to see what time they were coming.i thought they should of called the woman said 10am-1pm.well at 1:15 in the delivery day NOBODY.So I called to see where the guy was,they tried calling the install company,& they couldn't even get a hold of the installer.they left him a message & an email.i called back at 2:15.the company still couldn't get a hold of the installer.i told them to cancel the order & went down to the store & picked up my money. I was gonna work with them & asked if they could take off the $139 for the delivery & install.they said No.
