I decided to buy carpet for one of my bedrooms from Lowe's and my experience has been terrible. The installation was sub-par and they installers put down flawed carpet.
When I called to complain about my experience, the customer service said that I would have to wait 30 days for the carpet to "settle" then they would review my claim. I am still in limbo trying to get my money back for the flawed carpet. The customer service people YELLED at me on the phone saying I needed to be patient and that they could not send someone out for 30 days. I should have used a local carpet company instead of a national retailer with subpar service.
I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again for any product after my poor experience. Be careful every buying carpet from this company!
