Lowes is not responsible for the credit card company closing your account. You probably lapsed on payments or most likely didn't use the card for a while.

Nor are they fully responsible for the mess the contractor leaves. If you have a problem with the contractor you can call customer care.

I do agree with the other comment though. Something is missing here

Home Depot, and the appliance deliverer/installer(Temco) they use in California are just as bad or worse. I am in the middle of a NIGHTMARE experience where the Temco installers did not tighten the water supply line to our new dishwasher and our kitchen flooded.

Two weeks later still trying to resolve with Home Depot. I may write my own review of Home Depot /Temco when all is done.

I hope you dumped whatever you had and walked out. Then, wander over to either Menard's or Home Depot or anywhere else.

Not having enough check-out lanes open is common at some stores now, eg., Meijer, Walmart.

Best to avoid them. They apparently don't need or want our business.

Look at their price match policy. Isn't much different than what you would see at other stores.

They don't match clearance prices. You have to realize that at some point almost everything and store sells will be discontinued at one point or another.

When this happens they put a clearance price on the items to clear out the inventory they have on hand. No, they aren't going to give everyone that bought them while they were a stock item a refund for that price difference.

I’m assuming the community has Home Owners Association set up. If so, hire a lawyer to represent the HOA and let them deal with it.

Save yourself the headache. They will blame the Surveyor, the surveyor will blame them A good Attorney will sort it out and know who to go after.

Typically Lowe’s will use any means to put you off. But they seem to move relatively quickly when a lawyer gets involved.
