Lowes in Jacksonville East, Florida - Terrible customer satisfaction with fence issue.

Same issues as stated in other complaints. Entire fence is splitting, cracking, warping, falling. Lowe’s offered $1500 for a $6718 investment. Rejected their offer. Shocking & disappointing to not honor 20 year warranty (which was voided by their contractor) especially for a senior citizen on fixed income & no means to replace.

December 23, 2018 Lowes Manager Adam brought a set to my home, he then proceeded to install it incorrectly. Then they sent someone out he installed the dryer, that installation failed fire marshall inspection. I was promised my money back. Six months later I have 52 phone calls and emails from Lowes. They owe me $1,100. $300. Plus rebate cards. They have done nothing except put me off. To sum this up, I have a washer and dryer in my home I never chose, don't want and can't use because the dryer is a fire hazzard. Flirida Attorney will get a file report first thing Monday morning. Bought the large bag for the perimeter of our home invested by ants and roaches. I am a retired landscape contractor and nursery owner from Texas. I just switched over to Lowes since their plant product looked better quality and health compared to HomeDepot across the street in PCB FL. A bad mistake, the Spectricide Pest Control bag I bought did nothing. I applied as instructed but noticed no kill at all. It almost looked as though the ants enjoyed tripping through the formula. After 2 to 3 weeks I returned the bait back to Lowes for the written guaranteed refund on the bag. Return manager told me I had to contact Spectricide personally to get my refund. I argued how stupid that sounded when they represent the supplier and warranty, to no avail, not a replacement or refund, just negative attitude.
