I had to call FTC and make a claim. Then when I contacted Lowes to tell them what I did, I received a very unfriendly email back with more BS.
Then in 2 days my rebate was completed (amazing).
But then it took them 2 more weeks to get it to me. If anyone has the same...

Lowe’s gave us a 25% refund
Original review posted by user Jan 09This is an update on my six month journey through *** with Lowe’s and Baker Roofing Company based out of Bonita Springs, Fl. Long story short. It took six months to get a new roof put on my house. The new roof was patched and repaired more than my 20 year old prior roof. I asked for a 25% refund from Lowe’s. Due to the fact that the roof was put on by a bunch of amateurs not professional roofers. I received the refund in a matter of days no questions asked. Guess they had a lot of complaints on Baker Roofing Company. I’m happy it’s over. I got my refund. Baker Roofing Company did the best they could to fix all the problems with the roof installation. Time will tell, how long it’s going to last.

Once the customer service group was contacted, they immediately contacted the local store. I was contacted, the same day by Kaitlyn, and she was able to speak with the Lowe's credit card servicer and was able to adjust my terms to the 0% for 18months.
This was my biggest concern as the interest was almost $100 per month. It took Kaitlyn approx.
7 minutes, yes minutes to solve this issue. Thank you!
Original review posted by user Jul 03, 2017Where do I start? Estimate did not incl leveling compound which ended up being another $800 (almost). I was told from the beginning that if I got the Lowe's card it would be 0% financing for 18mos to have flooring installed, still waiting on the 9% financing for 2 months now. I was told it would be about $100 to have 2 toilets reinstalled, after floors done. That came out to almost $300!! The customer service from the supervisor in the installation office, Stephanie, is the worst I've ever experienced. Zero communication. This was the first time, and the last time, I will use Lowe's for any installation. Next time, I'll do it myself!
- Floors themselves look great
- Sales associates in the store
- I have not recvd the 0 percent financing for 18 mos
- That the leveling was not incl in the estimate
- Supervisor in the installation dept

Lowe's has contacted me on this and I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received. They reviewed the facts of my complaint and honored their price match just has they promised.
Also, they contacted me often to be certain the item was delivered in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.
Thankfully, they do listen. Hopefully, training will be considered for those that did not.
Original review posted by user Feb 03, 2016So much for Lowe's "Price Match"...it isn't guaranteed at all. Per there own website they state: "We guarantee our everyday competitive prices. If you find a lower everyday price on an identical item at a local retail competitor, just bring us the competitor's current ad, and we'll beat their price by 10%. If a competitor is offering a percent off discount, we’ll match the final net price the competitor is offering. Our price guarantee does not apply to installation labor, to the competitor's closeout, special order, discontinued, clearance, liquidation or to damaged items. Limited to reasonable quantities." No where in this does it say they have the right to say that they can turn it down if they are going to lose money on it. So don't even try......and if you aren't happy, their Supervisor in Customer Support will ever so politely tell you there is no one above him to help you. End of story. Well...sadly, Lowe's not only lost a valuable customer and Lowe's Card holder...they lost our trust.
