We ordered almost 4,000 in appliances from our local PCB Lowe’s. They have been paid for for two weeks, almost three. We were told everything was in stock. Well, three weeks later nothing has arrivied. They told me they would make an emergency delivery today. It’s after 2pm and nothing yet. When you call the store you never get anyone on the phone. If you do get to talk to someone you get four stories and nothings true. I will never ever no business with Lowe’s ever again. Please take my advice and shop local. I will never buy from a big box store again.

We ordered a fridge/freezer 6 weeks ago to replace the old one which got fried when electricity came back after the hurricane. When the first fridge was delivered to our house, they loaded the old one on their truck and despite my husband's warning that the lift platform was too close to the new unit, they went ahead anyway and scratched the front of it. We refused delivery and told them to take it back. Ordered the replacement - it was also delivered with a dent in the door. Refused that one also. There was a space of two weeks between each delivery since the appliance had to be ordered from somewhere else. Before we ordered the third one, we went into the store and spoke to the manager. He told us to choose something similar and that it would be delivered the following day. Oh yes, the delivery drivers told us that the warehouse manager, despite them showing him the dents on Number 3, said to go ahead and deliver anyway. So No 3 came and the delivery men said to look at it before unloading since they saw it was damaged. My husband refused No. 3. By this time we were so disgusted and called the manager we had dealt with earlier and explained that this was unacceptable. He said that a new shipment was coming in that night, and that he would make sure we would get delivery today, Sunday. We checked our messages and there was nothing from Lowe's telling us what time it would be delivered. I finally called their delivery dept and was told that there was nothing on the list for today's delivery with our name on it. Unbelievable. Of course the manager we had dealt with is not working today. We are now supposed to be on the delivery list for tomorrow. The warehouse person checked, at my request, to make sure that the unit was not marred or scratched in any way. Apparently so far it is in good shape. Of course it now has to be delivered... This has been a horrible experience and I would NEVER order anything from them again.

An electric dryer was promised for delivery on a Friday. I was even told it was on the truck for delivery by 8pm. Saturday I was told it was on the truck but an accident was delaying it. Saturday night I was called by the delivery company and told it would be here between 9:30 and 11:30 Sunday morning. Sunday, I was told that I cancelled the delivery until September. The people I have dealt with in the store were incredibly rude. They seemed bothered to talk to a customer. I cancelled work with my clients Friday and Saturday. That is almost double the cost of the dryer. All they do is lie. They are a fraud.

Ordered two vanities with two granite tops to be delivered at home. Website said it would be delivered to nearest dry area such as a garage or patio. Would receive a courtesy call. Said it would be delivered between the 12th and the 19th. A few days after I ordered it the delivery people called to verify my address. They said they only had to give me a 30 minute notice of delivery. I explained that where I lived, I really needed more than a 30 minute notice. He said he would call ahead of time. They delivered it on the 20th with no call. I wasn't home. They left the packages blocking my gate into my home on the dirt driveway. I'm a 64 year old woman who had to drag all the packages up my driveway so they wouldn't get wet. One weighed 140 lbs. When I complained, I was told to read their delivery policy. They didn't address the fact that it wasn't delivered on time and without a 'courtesy call'. Not only was the service horrible, but only one person seemed to care. I won't be doing business with them ever again.

Lowes in Jacksonville, Florida - 3 Dryers, 4 Refrigerators, 5 Days off of work

I purchased all of my appliances from Lowes for my first home: Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Range and Microwave, all stainless steel. My fridge was on backorder for a month because it was a special order, which I totally understand. The rest of my appliances were delivered in April. I started using them all right away. I noticed that my dryer was taking 3 cycles to dry my clothes, so I called Lowes and they came out and replaced both my washer and dryer since the dryer I had just purchased was discontinued and I wanted to have matching brands. Well the new dryer they brought me was defective and I had to wait another day until they could get me a new one. My fridge finally arrived, however when it did it had huge dents all in the side, so I sent it back. Second fridge was supposed to come two weeks later but it was too damaged to deliver. Third fridge comes and this one had major scratches to where you could see the paint below and it was the first side you saw in my kitchen. Fourth fridge arrives in June and I finally have a fridge I can deal with. I had to *** 5 day of work, 1 for delivery, which I am totally fine with, but the other 4 were for things that were their fault. One of the managers said they even inspected the fridge before it left, but obviously not when it was delivered with major dents. This process took over 2 months and what did I get for spending a few thousand dollars with Lowes? A $300 discount off my fridge. The customer service I had experienced with Lowes was terrible. The manager was not returning my calls or emails for over 2 weeks, apparently she was out on medical leave, someone else should be responsible for those calls and emails. I will never purchase another appliance or housework from Lowes. It was a very stressful experience, especially for being a first time homebuyer.

Lowes Online lost my order !

Lowes Customer Service absolutely useless ! I placed online order on 5/5/14. Conformation e-mail showed est. deliver 5/12. 5/13 still no order. Called Lowes Customer Service and was told the package was delivered to my front door on 5/07/14 by Fed-Ex, which did not ever happen, which would mean Lowes used Fed-EX two day delivery to get it here that fast. Multiple agents and long hold times and now I have to wait for their internet "investigation team" to research my missing order, which I spent over an hour already on the phone doing myself. So I replaced the order and asked for the same 2 day delivery they supposedly did on my missing order only to be told there is no guarantee on delivery time on new order with new estimated delivery time of 5/20 14 ! Lowes has an amazingly sweet staff designed to grab your money quick but then try to get your merchandise delivered and don't complain about our terrible service. When the refrigerator in my condominium died I started searching for a replacement online for a unit that would match the limited space available. I found a match on the Lowes website but their delivery and pick-up policy was not clear so I called the company for clarification before placing the order. I explained that my niece was living in the unit and I needed the unit delivered as soon as possible as she had a new baby and milk in the freezer that had to stay frozen. The women on the line told me that the unit included free delivery and pickup of the old unit and delivery would be no problem. I thanked her and said I would go online and order it and she told me that I could place the order with her and there would be no need to go back to the website. We received the order notification via email and I forwarded it to my niece to schedule delivery. She called me back within minutes to tell me that the unit would not be delivered for at least 2 weeks as it was a special order item - this was never mentioned when Lowes took the order. I tried to cancel the order so I could get the items somewhere else and customer service told me that it would be 5-7 days before the money would be refunded as they already charged my card. As I was complaining customer service kept telling me that they did disclose to me the delivery date which was getting me even more irritated. I said please point out where on this order it says the date when this order can be delivered. She pointed me to a small date on the delivery button on their website. I said "I never got to order this online your sales department took the order over the phone". She says I know but I wanted to show you that we do tell you how long it will take for delivery. What really pushed me over the edge is we still don't have the refrigerator but received a survey email questioning the unit. Well we gave them the feedback their terrible and deceptive service deserved. Today we got back that they rejected the survey review because it didn't match their guidelines. Since the survey was pretty much to the point I am guessing happy reviews are only accepted.

When you selected the model online and you had to enter your zip code to show the price (mandatory) in a box to the right it tells you when it will be available or if its currently stocked, as this should have been explained by the sales associate was probably just trying to get a sale . Probably just pushed the order through thinking that you were aware of the ETA due to you being online.The 5-7 day delay to get refunded on your card is not a Lowe's thing it is actually your bank when a refund issued it is instant, you can get cashed out which is the faster way of receiving your money back, if not your bank will give you the 5-7 day time frame. Further more Lowe's is one of the main appliance stores that contains stocked appliance and a wide selection , why didn't you check for stocked item's you would have been eligible for free next day delivery, you have to assume some responsibility at some point.

I have had all good experiences with lowes they credited me pretty much the cost of a jacuzzi spa tub for coming in the wrong color .which was a hearty credit.I was remodeling my bathroom at the time, and had to rent one of those small containers to store all my bathroom stuff.but I'm glad I saw this so I can look out for any billing problems,which would be on synchrony banks hands.

As it was wrong for the salesman didn't tell you when it would come in it was just as wrong for you not being able to properly read.
