We are planing to put new tiles in our kitchen. When we selected tiles in store on June 17th, we were told it would take about 2 days to get our measurements, 2 days to get price and about 5 days to get installed.

We got the price back from Lowe’s and purchased the tiles on June 28th which is OK. But after that, they keep delaying the installation when we called several times to check with them. They said the summer is busy time and they set up the installation time on July 27 which a month after we made the purchase! The problem is we had tenants moving into the house on July 21st.

If it is a busy time and we need to wait this long, why we were not told in the first place so that we have back up plans. This is a horrible experience and we will avoid Lowe’s in any way we can in the future.
