Trying to get gate installed by Lowe’s installation fixed. Singed contracts March 13th.

Gate looks like a 12 year old installed it and my little Yorker can crawl under it. Been out couple times and just cannot fix it as I agreed with when I signed contract. Really can’t find caps to go on poles? Installer tells me they are on a bigger job and need to get it done.

Really? Who was first to sign contract. I know it’s a small job but I’m not satisfied for over 800.00.

Bet if I hadn’t already paid they would have fixed it by now! I want a refund so I can hire a professional to fix it.
