My husband and I purchased a new fridge, oven, and dishwasher in May. Our fridge, when delivered had a bunch of dents and dings in the front right door. I immediately called and was told by a appliance manager he was ordering us a new door and should be there in a few weeks. We never heard from him. Being that it's July now we called- Conyers Georgia and spoke to Daniel in appliances who was nice on the phone but unfortunately gave us the run around- my husband ended up having to go up to the store after not getting anything accomplished over the phone- he was told a door would be delivered in a few days that they had new fridges in the back. When we got our door after it was installed 15min after the delivery men left our door alarm to our fridge started going off...we made a lot calls that day... Nobody wanted to come back out- I made a appointment with the warranty we got on the fridge to come back out 3days away- another for the next day to "look into it"-lets just say it took my husband having to tell lowes that he was going to bring the entire fridge to lowes and drop it at the front door and cause a scene to get someone back out- and they didn't show back up until after dark 930pm this was after he had to make a second phone call and was also disconnected. After the alarm had been fixed my husband stated to the guy that fixed the issue the door is now not on our fridge properly it's actually slightly off and not flush- the man that was sent out agreed we were sent a messed up door and we were told our door was actually the display door off the sales floor!!!!!!! NOT A NEW DOOR. We spent a lot of money at lowes not just buying our appliances but other things as well.... After this is said and done it is the last time we will ever purchase from lowes. I work with customers on a daily basis and this would never happen at my job

Does not stand behind products it sells bought a riding lawn mower less than 3 mos ago has already broke and cannot get anyone from Lowes store or corporate HQ to step up to plate and get it fixed

Having a very similar problem myself...worst warranty and customer service I've ever heard of. Won't shop there anymore.

Paid $3,000 for a mower and once they have your money they don't care anymore.

Shop Home Depot friends and never buy Any extended warranty especially from Lowes. They don't stand behind it...and obviously they don't care

Lowes appliance installation (not)

I, recently, purchased a gas stove from Lowes. I paid $36.00 for Lowes to do the installation. The installers connected the stove to the gas supply, turned on the gas *** and informed me that there was no gas coming out of the line. They departed after that. I had the gas company check the meter. They informed me that gas was coming through the meter. Following thorough and time consuming investigation, it was discovered that the Lowes installers, in order to adapt their 3/4" supply line to my 1/2" gas *** used a reducer fitting. Problem is the reducer fitting had female FIP threads and the gas *** was a male, flare fitting. In order to make this improper connection, they wrapped the threads with an abundance of Teflon tape and, on top of that, they brushed a bunch of pipe thread sealant on the threads. End result: all that tape and pipe thread sealant clogged up the gas ***. This is installation work at its absolute worst. Do not use Lowes installers, under any circumstance!

Your installer does not apply to all...so don't harp on the who do not use Lowes installers, you got a lemon...your installer doesn't install for all 1,000+ Lowes stores

Lowes in Tucker, Georgia - No service is poor service

I bought a frig and stove a week ago, was to be delivered 3 days ago, then earlier today, now it's 9:15 pm, still not here. Called and said we are next in line,mit's labor day,I have to go to work tomorrow that's why I scheduled the delivery for last Friday, the store is one mile away. I will never buy an item like this from them again. I live in Conyers Ga, the store had 9 days from the purchase day and called the night before and said stock not in. Your thoughts?

Don't buy from them or any other retailer again! Manufacture your own appliances and things will go smooth from here on.

was it a special order sale. sometimes those take more time than expected to come in and that is not lowes fault.
