I placed an order online with Lowe's for a store pickup. I was notified that all of my items were available for pickup so I went to the store to grab my items.

Once I got there it took 1 hour for the associates to find all of my items, and nothing was organized at all. The associates had no idea what was going on. The customer service that I received while waiting was also ridiculous.

I had my 2 year old son with me and they were not doing anything to try to speed the process up. If they say it is ready to be picked up, they need to have it ready to be picked up!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
