Horrible Company ***-bent on self-destruction. Following the path of Sears.
Bought a refrigerator from Lowes. Stopped working after a week. Called to complain and ask for a replacement and was given the runaround, put on hold over and over again. The more you complain, the worse the service gets.
You would think a major company like this with Home Depot as a direct competitor would work to make the customer happy, not dissatisfied.
Many friends warned me not to go to Lowes. Lowes is going to disappear onto the dustbin with Sears pretty soon with this kind of "what are you going to do about it" attitude.
