Not that corporate hacks think customer complaints matter. All these arrogant *** understand are real and significant legal actions against them.
I ordered an item which hasn't been delivered.
Yet it shows on the carrier website that it was delivered.
After reporting the problem to the carrier and to Lowe's, nothing has been corrected or resolved, and I am getting no more responses.
As far as I am concerned, this is FRAUD. I will give them one more day and then contact the Federal Trade Commission Bureau Of Consumer Protection as well as any other agency I can think of.
